August 21

I over slept this morning so I hit the gym after work.  Did 45 minutes on the elliptical machine (722 calories) and my 50 squats (w/light weights this time).  Oatmeal for breakfast, pizza for lunch (plain) and baked chicken for dinner.  I did not have any snacks today (was too busy to remember to eat them, lol).  I am down 17 lbs for the year.  Ready to knock out these 25...
