I over slept this morning so I hit
the gym after work. Did 45 minutes on the elliptical machine (722
calories) and my 50 squats (w/light weights this time). Oatmeal for
breakfast, pizza for lunch (plain) and baked chicken for dinner. I did
not have any snacks today (was too busy to remember to eat them, lol). I
am down 17 lbs for the year. Ready to knock out these 25...

Time to get backon track...
Took a few days off from the gym. Truthfully, it was too hot to work out on Thursday and Friday. Back on the grind again for sure tomorrow though. I'm going to burn at least 700 calories tomorrow morning!

Sunny Sunday Afternoon....
I worked in my yard for about an hour today so that will count as my work out. I swear yard work is more strenuous than anything you can do in the gym anyway. I still ate too many calories though. I ate the last of my M&Ms. It's strictly fruit for my snacks this week and I will do an all veggie lunch at least twice this week. I am afraid to get on the scale tomorrow morning but I will do it just so I can see how much ground I lost and what I need to do this week.

It's time...
I have had a terrible week as far as nutrition and fitness are concerned. I was just plain lazy and went back to some bad eating habits. However it is time to put that in the past and get back into the gym and get back into my fruits and veggies. Tomorrow starts a new week - new beginning if you will and a new chance to get it right!!!!
